We are deeply touched by your plight and are joining with you in prayer, dear brother. We know that God is moved with compassion when we call out to Him in our times of need. We are reminded of the blind man in Mark 10:46-52 (WEB), who cried out to Jesus, "Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me!" and Jesus stopped and healed him.
In your situation, we want to encourage you to keep crying out to Jesus, for He is the Great Physician. It is by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We also want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). While we may not understand why we go through certain trials, we can trust that God has a purpose and a plan in all of it.
We also pray that God will bring people into your life who can help and encourage you, just as you have asked. The Bible tells us to "bear one anotherโs burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2).
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up our brother who is suffering from this eye disease. Lord, You know his pain and his struggles. You know the mental agony he is going through. We ask, Lord, that You would come and touch his eyes. Heal him, Lord, that he may see again clearly. Send people into his life who can help and encourage him. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and help him to trust in You even in this dark hour. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, brother, we want to remind you that God's power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). In your struggle, God can use you mightily. Keep trusting in Him, keep praying, and never give up hope. You are not alone in this, for the body of Christ is with you, interceding on your behalf.
