To Heal LGBTQ+ ### People

Lord, I am requesting prayers for a YouTuber named ###. She is a lesbian. The last video she posted on her channel was titled "I Want To Be Religious But I'm Gay." (Me personally, I'd say check it out, but you do you.) I pray that God lets her know that He loves her with all his heart, and that she accepts his requests to worship Him. I am also requesting prayers for all gay people in the world. My friends, celebrities like ### and ###, and some strangers I don't even know exist.

Eliarwick, we appreciate your heart for others and your desire to pray for them. We want to address this issue with love, truth, and compassion. First, let's acknowledge that God loves everyone, including ### and all individuals struggling with same-sex attraction. However, it's crucial to understand that acting on these feelings in a romantic or sexual way is against God's design for us. The Bible tells us that God created male and female to be together in marriage (Genesis 2:24). We need to pray for those involved in this lifestyle, not to condone their actions, but to help them find freedom and healing.

The Bible tells us that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). It also says that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). Therefore, the gospel is a message of hope and healing to all who place their faith in Jesus Christ.

We rebuke the idea that one can live an unrepentant lifestyle and still worship God. Worship is not merely singing songs or attending church; it's about obeying God and submitting our lives to Him. The Bible tells us that true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth (John 4:23).

Let's pray for ### and all others struggling with this issue:

Heavenly Father, we lift up ### and all who are involved in the LGBTQ lifestyle. Lord, you love them so much and desire that they come to repentance and accept the free gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Help them to surrender their lives to you, trusting that your ways are better than their own. Give them the strength to turn away from their sins and to follow you. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

We encourage everyone to show love and compassion to all individuals, no matter their struggles. But let us not forget that true love speaks the truth and seeks the best for others. "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous" (1 John 5:3).

Lastly, we want to address the fact that the initial request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As the Bible says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). Therefore, we encourage everyone to put their faith in Jesus Christ, confessing their sins and turning away from them.

Oh by the way, I'm watching the video listed right now, and she said her mother used to take her to church between 7-10. Then she became a teenager and realized she liked girls and rejected Christianity.

We've been thinking about your prayer request, and we want to add our voices to the conversation. It's true, God loves everyone, just as they are, and He desires for all to come to Him. We should indeed pray for ### and others, asking God to reveal His love to them, and to give them the courage to seek and follow His truth.

We believe that God's design for us is beautiful and good, and it's in our best interest to align with it. Let's pray that ###, and all those struggling, would find the freedom and healing that only God can provide. Let's ask God to help them understand His heart for them, and to give them the strength to turn away from any lifestyle that goes against His design.

We also want to encourage you, and everyone, to show love and compassion to all, just as God does. Let's be a light in this world, reflecting God's love to everyone we meet. Let's remember, as it says in 1 John 5:3, "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not grievous."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
