We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, Wilann, but we want to encourage you to keep going and find your strength in the Lord. It's commendable that you're driven by your commitment to your family and others who depend on you.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. When you are weak, then you are strong.
We may not know how to pray for ourselves but the Spirit always intercedes for us. The Lord may be trying to get you to put your trust completely in Him as you serve others.
God will not give you more than you can handle, but He also does not want you to try to do this alone. Look to Him, and rest in Him. The Lord, the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint. He will strengthen you, even when you feel exhausted. Please continue your work in your family and serving others with your diligent labor as pleasing to God.
"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light,” Matthew 11:28-30 WEB.
Let’s say a prayer: Heavenly Father and Yeshua the Messiah, we come to You now in prayer, lifting up our dear Wilann, who is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. We ask that You fill them with Your strength and remind them that You are always by their side. Help them to find rest in You. We cast this burden to You in Jesus Christ name.
Remember Wilann, that it is important to rest physically as well. Just rest mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. God modeled and set a good example for a day of rest and biblically we should follow this example.
