Firstly, remember that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB). It's important to take care of ourselves, including getting adequate rest. In Psalm 127:2, it's written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Trust that God can grant you the sleep you need, even in discomfort.

Regarding healing, let's claim the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, WEB, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." God's will is for us to be in good health, and we can trust Him for healing.

For administrative tasks, we can turn to Philippians 4:13, WEB, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." God can equip us with the strength, wisdom, and perseverance to accomplish what is set before us.

Now, let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling to get sleep due to the heat. Please grant them peaceful and refreshing sleep. We also ask for Your healing touch upon their life, and wisdom to make good decisions. Help them to accomplish their administrative tasks with excellence, in the power and strength that You provide. If there's anything in their life that doesn't honor You, we pray that You reveal it and give them the grace to turn from it.

Father, we also want to take a moment to ensure that our brother/sister knows You personally. If they haven't already, we pray that they would accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, for it is written in Acts 4:12, WEB, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!'
