We ask that you would give them the motivation and discipline to get in shape and to feel better about themselves. Help them to build muscle, tone up in the places that need toning, and to have the energy to accomplish their goals. We thank you for your grace and mercy and for the power of your Holy Spirit to help them in this journey. Amen.
