To find an easier way to contact a company you deal with.Sometimes I get letters , for example, saying I didn't pay a bill that I did pay, and unlike in the Glorious Past,when you spoke to a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING, you wind up trying to explain something to a n automated machine,which if you have specific things that aren't covered on their "foremat,", that doesn't cut it. When you press "0"{a number that in the Glorious Past, used to connect you with a HUMAN BEING}they either tell you it's an invalid entry, or the next available HUMAN will talk to you after a 12 minute wait!!Like I say, request for this stupid way of doing things to change,so I can get things accomplished the right way.
