To find an easier way to contact a company you deal with. Sometimes I get letters, for example, saying I didn't pay a bill that I did pay, and unlike in the Glorious Past, when you spoke to a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING, you wind up trying to explain something to an automated machine, which if you have specific things that aren't covered on their "format," that doesn't cut it. When you press "0" {a number that in the Glorious Past, used to connect you with a HUMAN BEING} they either tell you it's an invalid entry, or the next available HUMAN will talk to you after a 12 minute wait!! Like I say, request for this stupid way of doing things to change, so I can get things accomplished the right way.
