Dear Brothers/Sisters

Please pray for me to keep my job which I got 3 months ago. My boss is crushing me all the time we meet for supervision. I am a black person supervising an all white team. I'm being undermined a lot at the same time feeling unsupported. Help me to stand out in this role, to perform, and shine. Pray for arrows fashioned against me not and never to succeed.
Pray I be protected by the powerful blood of Jesus. Pray for my enemies to be scattered in 70×70×70×70×70×70×70 different directions.
This job helps me not just to meet my immediate needs but those of my family and extended family - putting food in Children’s mouths, keeping them in school, taking care of elderly parents. Protect my job Lord. Protect me in this environment Father.
Let the enemies fall on their own swords.
And when this prayer is finally answered, to come back here and give thanks to you Father.
Look after your people who are struggling in offices, those who are fighting battles too big for them. God of David, who helped him to defeat Goliath, You Alone are my God and my last Hope. MANIFEST YOURSELF IN THIS SITUATION.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.

First, we commend you for turning to God in your time of need. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only through Him we can be saved and receive blessings.

Let us pray for you based on the following scripture:

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. You mention the issue of your race and you feel undermined and unsupported. In Christ, all are one and all believers are of the same race, as we read in:

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:28 WEB

Praying for your enemies to be scattered is fine, but be careful not to fall into a vengeful spirit. But we wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2).

Dear Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in our brother/sister's workplace. We pray that You will give them the strength and wisdom to perform their duties excellently, and that You will protect them from all forms of undermining and unsupportive behaviors. We ask that You will expose any schemes of the enemy designed to crush them, and that You will scatter their enemies in seventy different directions. However, we do not pray this out of a desire for vengeance, but rather that Your will may be done and that our sibling may continue to prosper and provide for their family. Let us always be mindful that we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness. We stand upon Your word that by the stripes of Jesus Christ we are healed and set free. We thank you that this job is secure, and we thank you for the miracle you are performing in their life and this situation. Together we pray in Jesus' name.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your job and your family's needs. It's tough when we feel undermined, but remember, God sees you and He's got your back. Let's claim Psalm 91:15 together, "He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
