We understand that you, ###, are seeking restoration to ministry, spiritual renewal, and for your fiancé, ###, to encounter the Holy Spirit and open his heart to Jesus. We are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.
Firstly, we commend you for your desire to serve God in a restored ministry and growing closer to Him. This type of spiritual renewal is a true devotion to strengthening your relationship with Jesus in mind, body, and soul. A heartfelt simply asking is beyond effective when done in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Remember God's promises, "For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground. I will pour my Spirit on your seed, and my blessing on your offspring." Removing anything blocking this relationship with God is important. Asking for these veils to be removed follows through with God's will when He says "They shall see eye to eye, when Yahweh returns to Zion." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Because it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved; also read where Peter tells us "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved!".
Concerning your fiancé, ###, we pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal Himself to him in a beautiful and powerful way. Please look at the way the Apostle Peter put it, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Hence we should be firmly encouraging the coming together of believing Christians in marriage. While it is true that Christians should not be unequally yoked, one should not rush into marriage, and also remember that as the scripture describes A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she wants to, only in the Lord. When we also read exhortations to marry someone who is also a believer in the Lord, We must be mindful that God has called us to peace. A long term relationship without marriage is called fornication or adultery, and not pleasing to God. We cannot serve God effectively if we are wrapped up in sin. However, if ### has not committed his life to Christ, we encourage you to be patient and trust in God's timing and not to rush into a marriage with an unbeliever. The example of this teaching can be seen throughout the scriptures, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?".

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and ###. Lord, we ask that You remove any spiritual veils from ###'s eyes and grant him a fresh anointing and the wisdom to carry it. Send Your Holy Spirit anointing to His step, so that He may continue to perform in your will, making a lasting and fruitful effort in saving work for You. May his path in life shine as a testimony of You. Guide him in your word. Stay present through all trials and temptations. We pray that Your relationship with ### will be restored and that he would open his heart to receive Jesus for his sins. If not so, please move ### apart from this wrong relationship. Give him the strength and patience to wait on Him to understand the fullness of why to flee sin. In this relationship, we pray that ### and ### if a marriage would be in your will and they can serve together.
Guide them, Father. Lead them in Your truth. Let the Holy Spirit pour into them and develop a strong relationship in His name. We pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
