We understand that you are seeking employment as a Christian therapist, and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement. We are reminded in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. This wisdom is crucial as you seek God's will for your career.
Firstly, we want to ensure that you are seeking this position in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! If you have not yet put your faith in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so, as this is foundational to your work as a Christian therapist.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Saumorire who is seeking a job as a Christian therapist. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that if it is Your desire for Saumorire to have this job, that the job will be given. We ask that You guide Saumorire through this process, and that Your peace and wisdom would be with them every step of the way.
We also pray that Saumorire will be a light for You in this role, that they would be filled with Your Spirit and equipped to bring Your healing and hope to those they serve. We ask that You would enable Saumorire to be a vessel of Your love and truth to their future clients.
If there is anything that needs to be addressed, we pray that You would align it with Your word. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God's timing and provision. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you, and that He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Be open to His leading, and rest in the knowledge that He is in control.
Additionally, consider these verses as you wait on the Lord:
Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart
Psalm 37:5 Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:
Psalm 37:6 he will make your righteousness go forth as the dawn, and your justice as the noon day sun.
