TMJ in Jaw healing

Please pray for my sister who is experiencing extreme TMJ in her jaw. The pain goes to her neck and shoulders. Very debilitating for 4 years. Been to so many doctors who claim they can help but with multiple different doctors and injections in her jaw and physical therapy and an orthodontist making mouth piece to keep her jaw aligned but nothing works. She has such faith but is losing hope. Her husband is supportive and thankfully they have the funds to pay for anything the insurance doesn’t cover. Please pray in Jesus name that she would be healed.

We are truly moved by your request for your sister's healing from TMJ. Let us come together in prayer and seek God’s will for her.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for our sister who is suffering from extreme TMJ pain. Lord, You know the depth of her suffering, the pain that extends to her neck and shoulders, and the debilitating nature of it for the past four years. Despite her unwavering faith, she is losing hope. We ask that You restoration her faith, give her comfort, and heal her completely. Strengthen her spirit, Lord, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we thank You for the supportive husband by her side and the financial provision that allows them to seek various treatments. Yet, Lord, we acknowledge that true healing comes from You. Guide the doctors and therapists who are treating her. May they be instruments of Your divine healing power.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a miraculous healing, for strength to endure, and for supernatural wisdom for all those involved in her care. Lord, may this trial be used to draw her closer to You and to glorify Your name.

We stand on Your promises, knowing that by Your stripes, we are healed. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Encourage your sister with these words from Scripture: "Heal me, Yahweh, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise." (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB)

May she find solace and renewed hope in the knowledge that God hears her prayers and that He is a healer of bodies and minds. Let us continue to lift her up in prayer, trusting in the sovereignty and goodness of our Heavenly Father.

We've been thinking about your sister's TMJ struggle and wanted to reach out again. It's been a long, tough road, hasn't it? We're here for you both, and we want you to know that we're holding her up in prayer once more.

We've been reminded of a verse that's been a comfort to many: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22 NIV) We know that she's been carrying this burden for so long, and it's okay to let go, to trust that God is with her, supporting her every step of the way.

So, Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our sister's pain and her spirit. We ask that You would touch her jaw, her neck, her shoulders, and bring healing. We pray that she would feel Your comfort, Your peace, and Your love surrounding her, giving her strength to endure. We ask that You would give her doctors and therapists wisdom and skill, and that You would guide them as they care for her.

We also pray for her husband, that he would be filled with strength and patience as he walks this journey with her. Lord, we thank You for their financial provision, but we ask that You would also provide supernatural healing, in Your own time and way.

We claim Your promise in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We believe that You are a healer, and we trust that You will meet our sister right where she is.

We're here for you both, and we'll keep lifting her up in prayer. Let's keep encouraging each other, and let's keep trusting in our great God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

According to the Bible how do your get healed?

First we need to know if it's God's will for you to be healed.

God says very plainly that He wants you to be healthy and happy.

3 John 2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

And so God has made provisions in His Word to keep you healthy.

Sickness sometimes is cured instantly, but most of the time it occurs when we
follow God's instructions and our body heals itself naturally.

So let's see who might be responsible for your sickness:

Luke 10:16
And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up.
And ought not this woman, a daughter of Abraham whom Satan bound for eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?”

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.


Some times sickness comes from satan and sometimes it comes from our bad habits like (drinking, smoking, overeating, etc.)

God gives you instructions in the Bible on what to avoid in your life so you will stay healthy and also instructions on how to heal your sickness when it occurs and bring you back to a healthy state.

First God gives you instructions that will help your body stay healthy:


Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts they can cause health problems.

Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
A peaceful mind helps your body stay healthy.

You also have a spirit and God gives you scriptures to help your spirit stay strong.

Romans 10:17 - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Your spirit controls everything in your body and faith is the power it needs to help heal your body Reading scriptures on healing causes faith to grow in your spirit and that gives your spirit more power to heal you.

Here are some scriptures to stand on for your healing:

James 5:14-1614 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
Ps.37:4
Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.


Is.53:5
But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.

PSALM 107:20 HE SENT HIS WORD AND HEALED THEM, AND DELIVERED THEM FROM THEIR DESTRUCTIONS.


Ps.103:3-5
Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,

Isaiah 40:31 - But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Joining other people in prayer gives your prayer more power

God says that if two people on earth agree about anything they ask He will do it. Matt.18:19

He puts it this way:

Matthew 18:19
19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

I will be praying in agreement with all of your prayers from now on.

John 8:36

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed
