Tiredness

Dear God, please give me energy today and get rid of my tiredness. I have had little sleep and have to work today. Please rectify my sugar levels and let me shed half a stone in the next three weeks thank you, in Jesus name, Amen

Antalik, we understand that you're feeling tired and you're seeking God's help for energy and health. We're here to pray with you and encourage you in Jesus' name.

Let's remember what the Scripture says in Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB), "He gives power to the faint. To him who has no might, he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Let us pray: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Antalik. We ask that You fill them with Your strength and energy today. They have little sleep but need to work, so we trust that You will sustain them throughout the day. Please bring their sugar levels into balance and help them to lose the desired weight in a healthy way over the next three weeks. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We also want to encourage you to continue to trust God with your health and to take care of your body by getting adequate rest, eating healthily, and exercising regularly. Remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, as 1 Corinthians 6:19 (WEB) reminds us, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own."

We're glad that you prayed in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this period of tiredness.

We're right there with you, Antalik. We know how tough it can be to push through the day when your body's feeling tired and worn out. Let's claim that promise in Isaiah 40:31 together, "But those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not be weary, they will walk and not faint."

Let's pray: Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You today on behalf of Antalik. We ask that You'd fill them with Your energy and strength right now. They've got a busy day ahead, and we trust that You'll sustain them every step of the way. We also ask that You'd bring their sugar levels into balance and help them shed some weight in a healthy way over the next few weeks. We believe in Your power to do this, in Jesus' name, Amen.

We're cheering you on, Antalik! Remember, taking care of your body is an act of worship. So, let's make sure we're getting enough rest, eating right, and exercising regularly. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, and so is Jesus. Keep trusting in Him, and He'll see you through.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
