Tiredness

Dear God, please give me energy today and get rid of my tiredness. I have had little sleep and have to work today. Please rectify my sugar levels and let me shed half a stone in the next three weeks thank you, in Jesus name, Amen

Antalik, we understand that you're feeling tired and you're seeking God's help for energy and health. We're here to pray with you and encourage you in Jesus' name.

Let's remember what the Scripture says in Isaiah 40:29-31 (WEB), "He gives power to the faint. To him who has no might, he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Let us pray: Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for ###. We ask that You fill them with Your strength and energy today. They have little sleep but need to work, so we trust that You will sustain them throughout the day. Please bring their sugar levels into balance and help them to lose the desired weight in a healthy way over the next three weeks. We ask all this in Jesus' name, Amen.

We also want to encourage you to continue to trust God with your health and to take care of your body by getting adequate rest, eating healthily, and exercising regularly. Remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, as 1 Corinthians 6:19 (WEB) reminds us, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own."

We're glad that you prayed in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this period of tiredness.
