We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling tired mentally, physically, and emotionally. It's important to remember that God is our strength and our portion forever. (Psalm 73:25-26 WEB) "Whom do I have in heaven? There is none upon earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart fails, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
Firstly, we want to encourage you to cast all of your anxieties onto Him, because He cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) It is only through His strength that we can face the challenges of this world. Remember, even when you are weak, He is strong. (2 Corinthians 12:10 WEB) "Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
We also want to remind you of the importance of rest. Even Jesus, while healing and preaching, took time to rest. (Mark 6:31 WEB) "He said to them, Come apart into a deserted place, and rest awhile." It's okay to take time for yourself to recuperate physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Lastly, we want to pray for you, but notice you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. Please know it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. (John 14:6 WEB) "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is feeling tired mentally, physically, and emotionally. We pray that You would strengthen them according to Your Word as they declare their trust in You. Give them the strength to keep fighting, to press on towards the goal. (Philippians 3:14 WEB) "I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus." Remind them that even in their weakness, You are strong. We rebuke any spirit of weariness or despair and claim victory in Jesus name.
We also pray for their faith, that it would be renewed and strengthened. Help them to find rest and comfort in You. Lord, we believe in the power of Your healing, so we ask for healing of their mind, body, and spirit. (James 5:15 WEB) "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Please know that you are not alone in your struggle. We are here with you, interceding on your behalf. Keep holding onto God's promises and trust that He is working all things together for your good. (Romans 8:28 WEB) "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
