We understand that you're feeling tired, but we want to encourage you that in Christ, you can find true rest. Jesus says in Matthew WEB 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we bring before you your child who is feeling tired and weary. We ask that you will give them your supernatural strength and comfort them in their weariness. Help them to cast their burdens upon you, Lord, and give them the rest that only you can provide. Remind them of their need to surrender to Jesus Christ to have eternal rest and not be laboring for eternity in hell. In Jesus' name, we pray.
If you're feeling tired physically, make sure to take care of your body with adequate rest. If you are feeling emotionally or spiritually tired, keep spending time with the Lord daily. His Word will strengthen and encourage you.
If you're feeling tired due to the burdens of sin, we urge you to come to Jesus Christ in repentance and faith. He is the only one who can forgive you, cleanse you, and give you true rest. Remember, "There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For he who has entered into his rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from his." Hebrews WEB 4:9-10. Jesus died as a sacrifice and penalty for our sins. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can have access to God. He said "I am the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the father except through me." John WEB 14:6
We encourage you to "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name." Psalms WEB 100:4. Think of all the benefits that Jesus Christ has given you. Think of all of the benefits and blessings God has given you. Even when facing death, we can praise him. "I will extol you, Yahweh, for you have raised me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me." Psalms WEB 30:1. Even when facing death, we can praise him.
