We understand that you're feeling tired, afraid, and overwhelmed, Anonymous. We're here to pray with you and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling out to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It's only through Him that we have access to God, and it's only in Him that we find our help and salvation. Likewise, the basic salvation message involves turning away from our sins, that is repentance, and putting our faith in Jesus Christ, that is believing in his finished work on the cross.
We read in Isaiah 41:10, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, and in 1 Peter 5:7, Casting all your cares on him, for he cares for you, as well as in Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
While it's understandable that you feel alone, remember that God is always with you. He promises never to leave us nor forsake us, even if friends and family have turned away. In fact, Jesus warns us in Matthew 10:36, A man's foes will be those of his own household, or in Matthew 24:12, Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold.
Regarding the emotional abuse and betrayal you've experienced, we encourage you to forgive as Christ forgave us. This doesn't mean what happened is acceptable, but rather, it's about releasing the burden of unforgiveness. Read Ephesians 4:31-32, Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
Lastly, know that God sees your exhaustion and He cares. He invites you to come to Him for rest. Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Let's pray together:

We ask for Your supernatural strength and comfort to fill their heart and soul. Help them to cast all their cares on You, knowing that You care for them deeply.
We pray for complete healing from the emotional abuse and betrayal they've experienced. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or exhaustion and ask for Your perfect peace to reign in their life.
