We stand with you in prayer, Aishat, lifting up your brother Mathew Onimise Omeiza to the Lord. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing that God can bring, even in the most challenging situations.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh; 'because they called you an outcast, saying, "It is Zion, whom no man seeks after."' God is faithful and His desire is to heal and restore His children.
However, we also want to address the importance of seeking God's will in all things, including health and healing. In James 5:14-15 (WEB), it is written, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." This passage reminds us of the importance of praying in faith and seeking God's will in healing.
Now, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Mathew Onimise Omeiza to You. Lord, You know his struggles with thyroid disease, and You know the pain and suffering he has endured. We ask, Father, that You touch him, heal him, and make him whole. We pray that Your healing power would flow through him, restoring his health and strength.
Lord, we also pray for Aishat and her family. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You even in the midst of this trial. Give them comfort and peace, knowing that You are in control and that Your will is perfect.
Finally, Lord, we pray that Mathew and his family would seek You first in all things. Help them to draw near to You, to pray in faith, and to seek Your will for their lives.
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."
Continue to trust in the Lord, Aishat, and remember that God's ways are higher than our ways. Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting in the power of the name of Jesus. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
