Bethorethen, we are with you in spirit and in prayer as you face this challenging time. First, we want to remind you of God's sovereignty over all things, including your health. As it is written in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inward parts. You knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
We understand your anxiety, but we encourage you to trust in the Lord's plan for your life. In Philippians 4:6-7, the Apostle Paul tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We must also address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we pray. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Let us pray together in His name.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Bethorethen. We ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind as she awaits her ultrasound results. We know that You are the great physician, and we trust in Your will for her life. Please grant her strength to face whatever may come, and comfort her in her anxiety. If it is Your will, Father, we ask for healing and restoration of her thyroid. We ask these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
Bethorethen, regardless of the results, remember that God is with you and He loves you deeply. Trust in His plan and lean on Him for strength. If surgery is required, know that God will be with you every step of the way. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
