We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles your husband is facing, Bidordek. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's intervention in his life.
Firstly, we want to assure you that God has the power to break the chains of addiction. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." We pray that your husband will encounter Jesus and be transformed by His renewing power.
However, we must also address the importance of your husband taking responsibility for his actions. In 2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB, it is written, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, don't let him eat.'" We pray that he will understand the value of responsibility and diligence, not only for his own good but also for the well-being of your family.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Bidordek's husband. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of addiction in his life. Set him free from his bad habits and help him to find strength and comfort in You. Lord, we also ask that You instill in him a sense of responsibility. Help him to understand the importance of his duties and to be diligent in his work. We ask all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
Lastly, Bidordek, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Remember the promise in James 5:16 WEB, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." Trust that God is at work in your husband's life, even when it may not seem so. We are here with you, praying and believing for a transformation in his life.
