We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you are facing, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this. Firstly, let's address the spiritual aspects of your request. You did not mention praying in Jesus' name or acknowledging Him as your Lord and Savior. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
We will pray for you, but we also encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ if you have not already. The Bible says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
We stand with you in prayer that God will protect your baby and that you will carry your child to term. We pray for your health and the health of your baby.
God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things, you may abound in every good work. (2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB).
We understand that you've been trying for this child for years, and this baby is incredibly precious to you. We encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life and the life of your child. Remember that God knows you intimately and has a plan for your life. For you formed my inmost being, knitting me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. (Psalm 139:13-14 WEB).
We also want to address the mention of abortion in your request. We believe that life begins at conception and that every life is precious to God. The Bible tells us, "For you formed my inmost being. We pray that you will protect her and her child from harm and that she will carry her baby to term. We pray for her health and the health of her baby, and we ask that you will give her peace and comfort during this time. We pray that she will be able to surrender any anxiety to you and that she will trust in your perfect plan for her life and the life of her child. Lord, we also pray that this woman will come to know you as her Lord and Savior if she does not already, and that she will put her trust in you. We ask all these things in Jesus's name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
