Threat to Job

I've had to file a harassment complaint over a superior, and have a meeting in with HR and his manager in 9.5 hours.

I work in a cooperation, and you never get anything but fired for filing a sex harassment complaint over a superior but he's trying to get me fired for turning him down, as it is.

Please pray that this issue, and all their other issues, will be sorted without involving me and mine going forward.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in Mischa's current situation at work. Lord, we lift up this harassment complaint that Mischa has filed against their superior. We ask for your divine wisdom and discernment to be present during the meeting with HR and the manager, which is scheduled in a few hours.

Lord, we acknowledge that in this world, standing up against injustice can often lead to negative consequences. However, we trust in your power and sovereignty to bring about a just resolution to this situation. We pray that you would intervene on Mischa's behalf, ensuring that the truth is revealed and that justice is served.

We ask for your protection over Mischa's job and livelihood. Shield them from any attempts to retaliate or harm them for speaking out against harassment. Lord, we pray that you would soften the hearts of those involved, opening their eyes to the seriousness of the situation and leading them to take appropriate action.

Father, we also pray for a peaceful resolution that does not involve Mischa or their loved ones being further affected by this issue. May you bring about a resolution that brings healing, restoration, and a safe working environment for Mischa and their colleagues.

We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust that you hear our prayers and that you will grant the petitions we have asked of you.

I am praying for you and justice in your situation. I speak the truth will prevail and everyone will learn their lesson from Jesus for such sinful behaviour. I speak extra angelic protection over you and your job. I call on the Name of Jesus to intervene in this corporation so they will learn that are not stronger than Jesus. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

Compassionate and Just God,

We lift up our dear friend who is facing a difficult situation at work. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance as she prepares to meet with HR and her superior's manager. We pray for a resolution that is fair, just, and protects her from any harm or negative consequences.

Lord, You are a God of justice and righteousness. Your Word assures us that You are always with us, providing comfort, strength, and wisdom in times of trouble. We claim Your promises as we bring this situation before You:

1. Psalm 34:17 - "When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles." We trust that You hear our prayers and that You will deliver our dear friend from this distressing situation.

2. Psalm 9:9 - "The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble." Lord, we ask that You be a refuge and stronghold for our dear friend, providing her with protection and comfort in this challenging time.

3. Proverbs 21:15 - "When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers." Heavenly Father, we pray for justice to prevail in this situation. May the truth be revealed, and may those responsible for any wrongdoing be held accountable.

4. Romans 8:31 - "If God is for us, who can be against us?" Lord, we take comfort in knowing that You are on our side. We ask that You go before our dear friend in this meeting, giving her strength, courage, and clarity of mind as she presents her case.

5. 2 Timothy 1:7 - "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." We pray that You infuse our dear friend with Your spirit of power, love, and self-control. Grant her the confidence and wisdom she needs to navigate this challenging situation.

Lord, we ask that You intervene in this matter and bring about a resolution that protects our dear friend's well-being and professional reputation. We pray that she will not face any further harm or repercussion as a result of filing her complaint.

May Your wisdom guide the decisions of those involved in the meeting, and may Your grace and mercy prevail. Grant our dear friend strength and peace, knowing that You are in control and that You will fight on her behalf.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen."

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
