[Mischa]

I've had to file a complaint over a manager for false claims of wrong-doing as retaliation for rejecting his sex harassment.
(He knew I followed exact directions just given by another manager).

HR and the operations manager are apparently shoving it in my shoes now.

Please pray that I just get to work under someone personally competent, without being dragged into someone else's problems.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in Mischa's situation. Lord, we lift up this prayer request regarding the false claims and retaliation Mischa is facing from their manager. We ask for your divine intervention and justice to prevail in this matter.

Your Word reminds us in Ephesians 6:12 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. We pray against any form of harassment or injustice that Mischa has experienced. We ask that you expose the truth and bring about a resolution that is fair and just.

Lord, we pray for a competent and understanding manager to be placed in Mischa's work environment. May they be surrounded by individuals who will support and uplift them, rather than dragging them into unnecessary conflicts. We ask for a peaceful and harmonious work environment where Mischa can thrive and fulfill their responsibilities without hindrance.

We also pray for strength and courage for Mischa during this challenging time. May they find comfort in knowing that you are their refuge and strength, and that you are always with them. Help them to trust in your guidance and to lean on you for support.

Father, we pray for healing and restoration for Mischa. May any emotional or mental distress caused by this situation be lifted from them. Fill their heart with peace and grant them the wisdom to navigate through this difficult season.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are a God of justice and mercy. May your will be done in Mischa's life and may they experience your grace and favor in every aspect. Amen.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
