We are grateful for your gratitude, Farftyryrre, and we join you in thanking the Lord for His grace and mercy upon your family and friends. It's wonderful to see a heart of thanksgiving, as the Bible tells us, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." (1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB)

We notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for the grace and mercy you have shown towards Farftyryrre's family and friends. We're right there with you, Farftyryrre, lifting up your thanksgiving to the Lord. It's a joy to see hearts full of gratitude, just as the Psalmist says, "Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise" (Psalm 100:4, NIV). Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
