Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Steve Slattery to you. We humbly ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon his life. Lord, you are the ultimate healer, and we believe in your power to restore and renew.
We pray against the cancer that has returned in Steve's body. We ask that you would eradicate every cancerous cell and bring complete healing to him. Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for you, and we trust in your unfailing love and mercy.
Steve has selflessly served his community in law enforcement, and now he faces this difficult battle. We pray for strength and courage for him during this time. Surround him with your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let him feel your presence and comfort in the hospital.
Lord, we also lift up Steve's family and friends who love and care for him deeply. They need him, especially with the arrival of his first grandchild in just six weeks. We ask for your grace and provision for them as they support Steve through this journey. Give them strength, hope, and unity as they come together in prayer and support.
In your word, you have promised that when two or three gather in your name, you are in their midst. So, we stand together in faith, united in our prayers for Steve's healing. We declare your healing power over his body, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. May your will be done in Steve's life, and may your name be glorified through his testimony of healing. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
Amen.
