This prayer is for my precious daughter, Ava, who is in middle school. (Such a tough age)! Please pray for her. She finds herself around other girls who are often snobby to her (for lack of a better word), or exclude her often. I know kids have to learn the hard way sometimes, but one girl in particular has always been extremely rude to her since elementary and goes out of her way to exclude my daughter in front of others. School just started back up and my daughter has a class with her, where this other girl was just glaring at her and purposely making her feel uncomfortable in front of the other girls. Please pray that my daughter will gain confidence and be a light to others. I pray her light will shine so that others can see the goodness of Christ and see a bright example of what we SHOULD be acting like. Please pray for my daughter this year and also that she won't be intimidated by others. This other girl tried to sabotage her a few times last year and doesn't like when one of "her" friends talks to Ava. I don't know what the deal is, and it's too awkward of a situation for me to talk to her mom who works in the district. It may seem trivial, but my daughter is struggling and just wants to make friends & the girls she starts to make a connection with... well, the other girl swoops in to turn them against her. Why? I don't know. Ava is a sweet soul and loves the Lord, but she is also shy, so when she does speak up to strike a conversation, it's a big deal to her, and such a let-down when "the other girl" tries to intimidate her & tries to make her feel small so she can't be included. Sorry for the long prayer request. It breaks my heart, and I just want this school year to be better than last. In the end, God is in control! Thank you Jesus for such mercy & grace.

Heavenly Father,

In Jesus' Name, we come before You today to ask for Your protection and guidance for my precious daughter, Ava. She is in middle school, a tough age, and finds herself around other girls who are often snobby or exclude her. Lord, I ask that You would give Ava the strength and courage to stand up for herself and to not allow this other girl to bully her. I pray that You would give her the wisdom to know how to handle the situation and to not be discouraged by the other girl's actions. I pray that You would give her peace and joy in the midst of this difficult situation.

Lord, I ask that You would surround Ava with Your love and peace and that You would give her the courage to stand up for herself and to not be intimidated by the other girl's actions. I pray that You would give her the strength to be confident in who she is and to not allow anyone to make her feel less than she is.
