This old lady called my work today asking for some help. She is completely isolated and had no friends or living family who could help her. Unfortunately she lives on the other side of the country so I couldn't go to her aid. I rang my colleagues who work in her area and they wouldn't assist because they deemed her to be a security risk!(She sounded like a frail 90 year old) So I gave her the phone number of this organization that volunteer their services/time/company to lonely old people. She sounded reluctant to call. Please pray that she does call! She told me that she is immobile and finding it hard to cope. This world is crazy! I want to call her tomorrow and get her some help but it is a breach of her privacy.
