This may seem trivial to some, but am asking for prayers

This may seem trivial to some, but am asking for prayers for my loyal friend, my dog Toby. The term therapy dog is used for animals that support people with everything from physical to psychological problems. This dog has been by my side through some of the darkest days of my life, from severe depression due to falling in love with the wrong person, coupled with the reality that the dreams I had for my career were never going to happen, to the end of my small business and bankruptcy. He was there for me through legal issues, being accused of something horrible, my name dragged through the mud by the press, always happy to see me, always wanting to be with me when it seemed nobody else did, outside of my mom and sister. Now, he's 16 and old age has taken it's toll on him, barely able to get up on his own, barely able to walk when he used to run like the wind. Monday I have to go out of town for a week for work, and I only have my senior citizen mom to take care of him, but she is not able to lift him and help him. I know a practical person would have him put down, but after being the loyal friend to me all these years, I cant end his life this week just because it's an inconvenience. I know some people think animals have no souls, or go to heaven, but some of the purest forms of love we humans get in this life is from our pets, and can't imagine a heaven without these loving friends. I know he's had a good long life, but please pray God will strengthen him and my mom, that he will make it at least one more week, until I can get home and be with him for his final journey.

I will be praying for Toby and you. For me the pets are very important, like other needs. My dog cant move at the end of her life, I didnt sleep her and like she  cant make ppopo and her death was painful for the popo and gas inside,  maibe you can call the doctor to your house and sleep him. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
