We understand that you are deeply troubled and seeking prayer for a situation involving deceitful and predatory behavior. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will bring justice and protection.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness and trusting in God's timing. In Romans 12:19 WEB, it is written, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" While it is natural to feel anger and a desire for justice, we must leave room for God's wrath and trust that He will repay according to His will.
We also want to encourage you to pray for this person, as difficult as it may be. In Matthew 5:44 WEB, Jesus says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Remember that prayer is powerful and can change hearts.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this situation to Your throne. We pray for the person who is causing harm and distress, that Your love would touch their heart and bring them to repentance. We ask that You would protect and comfort the one who is being harmed, and that Your justice would prevail. Help us to forgive, as You have forgiven us, and to trust in Your timing and Your ways. We ask all of this In Jesus Christ Name. Amen.
Lastly, we want to address the absence of mentioning Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to always include the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it is through Him that we are saved and have access to the Father.
If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, "Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame." For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile--the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." in Romans 10:9-13 WEB.
If this situation escalates or continues, please consider contacting local authorities for immediate protection. God uses authorities to establish justice and order.
Trusting in God's justice and protection together.
