Good Morning Lord! We love You! Let our bodies be healthy and strong to keep running our race through this life. Father in our present age of prosperity, in my blessed country USA, we are overfed and not moving like in the days of old agricultural societies. And it is killing Your children and raising health costs to us all.

In the name of Jesus Lord please help me feed and love Your sheep with physical and spiritual fitness. To hold back the forks that we are digging our graves with. To move the feet to run off the excess calories. To restore proper insulin in bodies. Father God the enemy kills more with soda and sugar than drugs. Covid pales next to obesity the parent of many killers. I am trying Lord, please help me. I eat up Your word with delight do please let that nourish my body to go longer, endure more. I still have a lot to do. So many people, especially the poor, don't have access to knowledge or encouragement to overcome by You + healthier habits.

Lord Jesus You died to save us. Saving lives here on earth by You, Your word, Your good foods, our bodies You made perfectly to meet and beat the perils of life partly on what we do with them. In the name of Jesus Lord bless all on this forum with better physical and mental and spiritual health to live well and die into Paradise with You safe and sound. Amen!

Life on earth is not a about accomplishments, acquisitions, popularity or prestige for us to be proud and arrogant. Instead it is about how much we love Gods word and are happy to obey it.
