Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Steven Bobb. We lift up his concerns about the situation in Israel and the potential implications it may have in relation to the war of Gog and Magog. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the sovereign God who knows the beginning from the end, and you hold the future in your hands.
Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11 that you have thoughts of peace and not of evil towards your people. We pray that you would grant wisdom and discernment to Steven and all those who are watching and analyzing the events unfolding in Israel. Help them to understand the prophetic significance, if any, and to interpret these events in light of your Word.
Lord, we ask that you would guide the leaders of the nations involved in these discussions and potential threats. May your peace prevail and may they seek peaceful resolutions rather than resorting to conflict. We pray for the protection of Israel and its people, that you would surround them with your divine hedge of protection.
As your children, we desire to be watchful and aware of the signs of the times, as Jesus instructed us in Matthew 24:42. We ask that you would open our eyes to understand the times we are living in, but also remind us that our ultimate trust and hope is in you. Help us to live each day in readiness and anticipation of your return, so that the day may not come upon us like a thief.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. May your will be done in Israel and in the nations of the world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
