We understand your distress and want to lift you up in prayer, asking God to intervene in your workplace situation. Let's pray together and seek His wisdom and guidance.
Firstly, we are glad to see you calling upon the name of Jesus. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." It's crucial to remember that our help comes from the Lord, and He is our shield and protector.
Regarding your workplace struggles, we want to encourage you with these words from Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." God can use even the most challenging situations for our good and His glory.
However, we must also address the mistreatment you're experiencing. It's important to remember that God desires for us to be treated with kindness and respect. In Luke 6:31 (WEB), Jesus teaches us, "As you would like people to do to you, do exactly so to them." We pray that your colleagues will recognize the importance of this golden rule and treat you accordingly.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing difficulties in her workplace. Lord, we ask that You would intervene and block the attacks from Daniel, Brianna, Debora, and Will. Give her the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging situation. Open up new opportunities for her, according to Your will, so that she can provide for herself and her child.
We pray that the Kite company would offer a suitable remote position, allowing her to care for her child's educational needs. Most importantly, Lord, we ask that You would comfort her heart and give her the peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in You, knowing that You have a good and perfect plan for her life.
We also pray for Daniel, Brianna, Debora, and Will. Open their eyes to see the hurt they are causing and convict their hearts to treat others with kindness and respect. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen."
In the meantime, we encourage you to remain patient and continue to treat others with kindness, as it is written in 1 Peter 3:9 (WEB), "not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing others, knowing that you were called to this: that you should inherit a blessing." Keep trusting in God, and He will see you through this difficult time.
