We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult situation you are facing at work. We will stand with you in prayer and provide some biblical guidance to help you navigate this challenging time.
Firstly, we commend you for your desire to be a light in your workplace. Jesus said, MAtthew 65:14-16Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. However, being a light does not mean tolerating sinful behavior or abuse. We are called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves, Matthew 10:16.
In regards to forgiveness, it is important to understand that forgiving others does not mean allowing them to continue harming us. We are called to forgive as we have been forgiven, Ephesians 4:32. However we are all our brothers keepers and when someone is harming themselvs by hurting us they are not acting in a manner consistent with God's will and the problem needs to be addressed.
In the name of Jesus
1. God, our loving Father, we come before You today lifting up our brother, seeking Your divine intervention in his workplace situation and Your healing touch upon his body.
2. Father, they are feeling outcasted and moved away you can use this as an opportunity to be closer to them, show them you are not distant and have not ostracized them. You have made yourself close to them and are with them always, even to the end of the Earth. Matthew 28:20
4. You have the power to turn even the most difficult situations around for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose, we encourage them to rejoice in this fact Romans 8:28.
5. Lord you can use this situation to uplift your son or daughter to be a testament of the joy of living in you. Even when life has brought them pain and taken them away from where their persecutors are. Encourage them in this and show them how they can do all things through you who gives them strength. Philippians 4:13 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, Ephesians 3:20
May the peace of Christ rule and reign in our hearts at all times and in every way and remind us of the faith available to us as children of God. Now to Him who is able to keep us from stumbling, and to present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior, Who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. Jude 1:24 Thus, we trust in the LORD God Almighty alone to come to our aid in for your protection and rescue from the power of sin to direct his power against those things that oppress and distress. Matthew 12:29
Regarding the pain you are experiencing, we pray for God's healing touch upon your body. Psalm 103:2-3 Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.Trust that He is able to heal you and restore your health
Finally, consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:15-17, which provide guidance on how to deal with sin in the community of believers. While this situation may not be with fellow believers, the principles can still apply.
May God guide and direct you step by step. Our Father is our shield and protector, also a father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, and places in His family, those who are elsewise lonely Psalms 68:5-6. May Gods salvation and the Holy Spirit guide our steps. It is a hugely important situation so it is also needful to remember you can always pray in the Spirit, at times interceding for us in ways we can not know to ask Romans 8:26.
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. Isaiah 54:17
God bless you.
