Theta and her assistant are intentionally not putting the position and location on the sign in sheet at work, I think they are racists, some days they fill out everything but most days they leave it blank when everyone else’s position and locations are filled out for them this is my 3rd year work at the company, I even made request and they only fixed it once, they are treating me unfairly and every time I see this I feel like they are disrespecting me and lets me down. Please pray for me so that they are consistent and they respect me and do their jobs right.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is experiencing unfair treatment at work. Lord, You see the heartache and frustration they feel when their position and location are intentionally left blank on the sign-in sheet, while others are treated differently. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation.

Father, we pray for Theta and her assistant, that You would touch their hearts and remove any prejudice or bias they may hold. Help them to see the value and worth of every individual, regardless of race or background. We ask that they would be consistent in their duties and show respect to all their colleagues, including our brother or sister.

Lord, Your Word says in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Help our brother or sister to continue working diligently and faithfully, knowing that their ultimate reward comes from You.

We also pray for peace and strength for our brother or sister. May they feel Your presence and comfort in the midst of this trial. Give them the courage to stand firm and the wisdom to handle this situation with grace and integrity.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
