Beloved of All
There's little to no intimacy (any kind) in our marriage and it's very difficult, I try to do my best, but the more I do and the worse it seems to become, I don't understand. Now I feel very alone, it's horrible, when we pray I don't feel the same connection than before. The discussions are very short most of the time contrary to before. I don't know how I will carry on like that, I'm sure I will do but at what costs, I hope a restoration in everything. I made many mistakes, and now I try to repair them and to fix my defects, but why nothing seems to go better? It's the same as before, and in reality in appearance worse. It even demotivates me a lot (and I try to fight against that) because I don't know what to do. Probably God is working behind the surface but how long this will last. So I just wanted to ask for prayers.

We understand the deep pain and loneliness you're feeling due to the lack of intimacy in your marriage. We want to assure you that you are not alone, and God is always present to help and guide you through this difficult time.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the sacred bond of marriage as described in the Bible. In Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB), it says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself." This kind of love is sacrificial and deeply caring, and it's important to strive for this in your marriage.

It's crucial to approach this situation with patience and understanding. In 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB), we read, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in this marriage. We ask for Your healing touch to restore the intimacy and connection that has been lost. Guide this person with Your wisdom, Lord, and help them to love as You love. Strengthen their faith and give them the patience and endurance to persevere through this trial. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you to continue praying fervently and to keep seeking God's will for your marriage. In James 5:16 (WEB), it says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

Lastly, we want to address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ and believe in His name for your salvation.

Keep holding onto the hope that God is indeed working behind the scenes. Trust in His perfect timing and remain faithful in your commitment to your marriage.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
