There's a situation...my mother passed away in March, and one of the insurance companies me and my sister were supposed to get money from said the way it was worded, we could only get it when she was alive. But since then, other sources have stated that there IS a chance at getting something,even so, and the wording on one page says me and my sister are beneficiarys, and looking that up and even asking a lawyer, they agreed that "beneficiaries" mean after death you DO get the proceeds.So since I had quite a few unexpected expenses lately, the request is that it breaks in my favor..
