There is a mentally ill female in apartment B who is a menace. She has a small child who is also deranged. She constantly, throughout the day, make loud thud sounds next to my wall. She likes to yell to the top of her lungs at the child instead of talking in a low, but firm manner. It seems that the thuds are both people's release at my expense of peace. Pray for her to move swiftly regardless of her lease.
