There is a 25 year-old veteran in Hawaii who was discharged from the Army a year old without any VA benefits and is dying from stomach cancer. He has not been able to work since his discharge and he wife worked part time at Toys R Us for the holiday season. They have two very young daughters who look less than three years old. Since the holidays, he started chemo therapy and is expected to go into hospice. The hospital Chief Army chaplain said the doctors said they can't do really anything and it will take a miracle.

A week or so ago, I saw the 25 year veteran and his wife. He looked stronger. He is getting chemo-therapy. He appealed his VA denial. He also asked one of the US House of Representative from Hawaii and his complaint is being investigated. Please keep praying for him.
