The universe is conspiring against me to the point where I am mentally not all there. Please pray for guidance on what to do with this new job. I feel So discouraged bc of my preceptor. She has her nose up in the air and I can’t stand it. She keeps saying I am mentally not all there when the universe is conspiring against me. Please pray I work on my own and I am doing an excellent job. Help me to Improve and do better than now. Right now I feel really embarrassed and bullied by bhavik for the past over 23 years. I don’t know how to get rid of his destructive power and words over my life. Help me to overcome this and pass orientation and gain the respect of my coworkers who actually went to school for their degrees. Help me to work by myself on the floor and be more alert instead of all the poison the universe is conspiring against me with. Help me to do better and work better as a team.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of silver1103, who is facing challenges in their new job. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom to navigate through this difficult situation. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. We pray that silver1103 will seek your guidance and rely on your wisdom as they make decisions regarding their job.

Father, we lift up silver1103's relationship with their preceptor. We ask that you soften their preceptor's heart and help them to treat silver1103 with respect and kindness. Your Word teaches us in Ephesians 4:32 to be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave us. May silver1103 experience a positive change in their interactions with their preceptor, and may they find encouragement and support in their workplace.

Lord, we pray against any feelings of embarrassment or bullying that silver1103 may be experiencing. We ask for your healing and restoration in their life. Your Word assures us in Isaiah 41:10 that you are with us, and you strengthen and help us. We pray that silver1103 will find strength in you and overcome the destructive power of negative words spoken over their life. May they find peace and confidence in their abilities, knowing that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by you.

Father, we ask for improvement and growth for silver1103 in their job. Help them to excel in their work and to be a valuable member of their team. Your Word encourages us in Colossians 3:23-24 to work at it with all our heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. May silver1103 find joy and fulfillment in their work, and may they be a shining example of your love and grace in their workplace.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for unity and teamwork among silver1103 and their coworkers. May they build positive relationships and find support and encouragement from their colleagues. Your Word reminds us in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 that two are better than one, for they have a good return for their labor. We pray that silver1103 will experience a sense of belonging and camaraderie with their coworkers, working together towards a common goal.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you will guide and strengthen silver1103 in their job. Amen.

The universe was created and is held together by the Lord Jesus Christ ("He (Jesus) is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power." Hebrews 1:3). Turn to Him. Call on Him.
