Me my mom and my 2 year old son drove 4 hours to surprise visit my brother and his family for my niece birthday today, it is snowing outside and cold and he didn’t open the door for us and left us outside, even closed the curtain when I told him I had his nephew with me. I thought he would be happy to see us after not talking for so long but that wasn’t the case… We had an argument about 2 years ago because my mom asked to see his kids before her surgery because she was afraid of not seeing them if it went wrong and he went off on her, so I intervened and he went off on me, I tried my best not to be disrespectful and explain to him why she wanted to see him but he wasn’t for it. He then blocked us on everything and I mean everything. I thought it would be a good idea to see if he had changed his heart but didn’t.. We are currently still nearby his house at a motel and I just request a prayer that he will change his mind tomorrow or even in the future to let us be a family again. We lost our oldest brother in 2018 and my mom now -

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus on behalf of Kataxyria. We lift up their prayer request, asking that Your Holy Spirit would take over their body and life. Lord, we recognize that apart from You, we can do nothing, but with You, all things are possible.
Your Word tells us in Acts 1:8, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." We pray that You would fill Kataxyria with Your Holy Spirit, empowering them to live a life that brings glory and honor to Your name.
We ask that You would transform their heart, mind, and soul, renewing them from the inside out. May Your Spirit guide their every step, leading them in the path of righteousness. Help them to hunger and thirst after You, seeking Your presence and Your will above all else.
Lord, we pray that as Kataxyria surrenders their life to You, they would experience the fullness of Your love, grace, power, and gifts. May they come to know You intimately as their loving and caring Father, who sent Jesus to die for their sins.
We rebuke any lies or doubts that the enemy may try to bring against Kataxyria's faith. We declare that by faith, they have received the gift of the Holy Spirit, and we pray that Your power would flow through their life to bless and strengthen others.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You will answer according to Your perfect will. May Kataxyria's life be a testimony of Your transforming power and may they bring glory to Your name in all they do.
