Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, acknowledging that You have already begun to answer prayers concerning Jude. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we lift up Vijay to You, asking that You soften the heart and grant the wisdom to provide the written consent needed for Jude to stay at Eventide Home. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "In the Lord’s hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him." We trust that You can guide Vijay's decisions and actions in accordance with Your will.
Father, we also pray for Jude's peace and comfort during this time. May Jude feel Your presence and trust in Your plan. Psalm 55:22 reminds us to "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken."
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your continued faithfulness. We place this situation in Your hands, confident that You are working all things for good.
