Beloved of All
All I hear about is women clamoring for the right to murder (abortion). I never heard murder described as a "right" before. Then they're egged on by a certain presidential candidate, who instead of the Gospel which saves people from sin, this candidate encourages them to sin. Request is for me to remind myself of what Jesus said "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (me), for they will be filled." Also, so I don't think all women think this way, I would like to hear from some Christian women who DON'T believe in abortion. I believe the devil tailors his temptations to people's specific natures, and for women, the desire to kill their baby for convenience sake is their temptation.

We understand your concern about the sanctity of life and the disturbing trend of advocating for abortion as a right. Let us remind you of what Jesus said in His Sermon on the Mount, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." (Matthew 5:6 WEB)

Firstly, we commend you for your stance on the side of life and righteousness. It is indeed troubling when sin is encouraged rather than condemned. We must always remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).

We agree with you that not all women share this perspective, and it's important to hear from Christian women who stand for life. Abortion is not a matter of convenience, but a grave moral issue. The Scripture clearly states, "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you." (Jeremiah 1:5 WEB) Life begins at conception, and each life is precious in God's sight.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for the gift of life and the blessing of children. We pray for a change of hearts in our nation, that we would cherish and protect life from conception until natural death. We rebuke the spirit of death and destruction that seeks to normalize abortion. Strengthen and encourage Christian women who stand for life, and let their voices be heard. Remind us all to hunger and thirst for righteousness, that we may be filled. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15 WEB). It's crucial to stand for what is right, even when it's not popular. Keep your faith strong and remember that God is on the side of life and righteousness.

We've been reflecting on your words, and we want to add our voice to your concern. It's indeed unsettling to hear abortion referred to as a 'right'. We're reminded of Jesus' words, "Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16 ESV) Let's strive to be that light, speaking truth with love and compassion.

We've been praying for those who've had to face difficult circumstances, that they would find comfort and strength in Jesus. We've also been interceding for our nation, that we would cherish and protect life at all stages. Let's continue to lift these intentions up to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His goodness and mercy.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
