Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### and their recent promotional interview. Lord, we thank you for the opportunity they had to attend this interview on the 5th of January. We acknowledge that you are the one who opens doors and grants favor to your children.

Father, we humbly ask that you intervene in this situation. We pray for positive results to be released for ###'s promotional interview in the coming week. Your Word assures us that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our petitions. We believe that it is your will for ### to succeed and be promoted in their career.

Lord, we ask for your divine favor to rest upon ###. May their qualifications, skills, and experience shine brightly in the eyes of the decision-makers. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may stand in the way of their promotion. Grant them wisdom, confidence, and peace as they await the results.

We also pray for your peace to fill ###'s heart and mind during this waiting period. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to remain steadfast in their faith. Remind them that you are in control of every outcome and that you work all things together for their good.

Father, we commit this prayer request into your loving hands, knowing that you are faithful and able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We thank you in advance for the positive results that are coming their way.
