The Prayer of Jabez to the God of Israel

Heavenly Father, I come before you today, inspired by the prayer of Jabez. Just as Jabez cried out to you, I too cry out to the God of Israel, seeking your abundant blessings upon my life.


Lord, I ask that you would bless me indeed. Pour out your blessings upon me in ways that I cannot fathom or anticipate. Enlarge my territory, expand my influence, and use me for your glory. I trust in your divine plan and purpose for my life.


May your mighty hand be with me, guiding me every step of the way. Lead me on the paths of righteousness and protect me from harm. Shield me from pain and suffering, and grant me the strength to overcome the challenges that may come my way.


Just as you granted Jabez’s request, I have faith that you will answer my prayer according to your perfect will. I surrender my life into your hands, trusting that your blessings will be a testimony to your goodness and a means to bless others. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
