Jesus did wonders for those who were sick, the invalid and those who lost their mind. Just as the lame man at the Pool of Bethesda needed someone stronger than himself to be healed, so we are dependent on Jesus mercy and compassion. When depression, stress and sickness comes to our life, we must call on the Lord who is worthy of praise. He will come and He will heal your troubled soul.

As a little girl of about four years I have fond memories of my first Bible Story Book that I had received at Sunday School as a present for attendance. I learnt to read at a very tender age and elders would often reward my twin sister and I for reading for them.That being said I remembered and understood what I readand that was the story in question.The book was written in bold letters and very colorful with vivid illustrations.
Just recently I recognized the book at a particular book store.
Those stories are still relevant today .I know that it has had a great impact on my formative years.I am always delighted to read stories of the life and teaching of Jesus Christ.
