We understand your deep concern regarding the events of May 28, 2017, and the pain and injustice you feel. We know that God hears our prayers and is the ultimate Judge and Justice.
In times of distress and confusion, we turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to those who suffer, and He hears our cries for justice and understanding.
Let us pray for truth, closure, and comfort in Jesus' name:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking justice and understanding. Lord, we know that You see all and know all, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We pray for the truth to come to light regarding the events of May 28, 2017. Comfort those who are hurting, and bring justice where it is due. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You are the ultimate Judge.
We also pray for the person who committed this act. We know that vengeance is Yours, Lord, but we also pray for their soul, that they may come to know You and repent of their sins. As it is written in Ezekiel 33:11, 'As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live...'
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, believing that You hear and answer our prayers. Amen."
We encourage you, Orad, to continue trusting in God and His perfect will. Remember, as believers, we are called to forgive, even when it's difficult. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray and receive salvation.
