To The Cities
(that have ears to hear)
To whom can I speak and give warning? Who will listen to me? Their ears are closed so they cannot hear. The Word of the LORD is offensive to them; they find no pleasure in it. (Jeremiah 6:10, NIV)
God's stipulations regarding His messengers are very clear. Both messenger and message must first be welcomed: failure to meet that basic criteria forfeits the reward. Moreover, "The worker deserves his wages." Therefore, if wages, then nothing is loaned: how then shall God repay you for that which is not lent? Misled people, in 2023, are literally compassing me about in gray and black vehicles, wearing gray and black, and chasing me all over town, cussing at me and threatening to destroy God’s temple because they’ve been convinced that I am somehow blocking their “blessing.” You’re blocking your own blessings. God is neither confused about His own Word, nor is He ever deceived by satan’s attempts to manipulate His Word. Even if this city thinks she’s “just messing with me,” you do not play with the Word of God. You can't submit an expense report to God, literally slamming and banging at Heaven's door, like bill collectors, demanding payment from the Holy Spirit, when you've shortchanged God on deliverables? Smells like somebody's cooking the books. This, in some ways, reminds me of the parable in Matthew 18:27-35. The same grace that you've extended or withheld, will be extended or withheld from you, particularly as a city when dealing with a servant of the LORD, set as an ensign.
Will God just sit by while you interfere in His process? Yes. That's kinda how it all got started - the snake interfered. But God’s timing is always on point. When He decided to show up, the Bible says, "God was walking in the garden in the cool of the day." That paints a beautiful picture of God's control - He wasn't at all flustered by the snake's manipulative scheme, nor was man (Adam and Eve) hidden from His sight. He simply put that interfering influencer on his belly, and exiled both Adam and Eve from His garden. True belief and faith says you neither have to oppress, compass about, nor harm anyone to get what you want (certainly not God’s Prophet/Prophetess); but rather, put it in His hands and watch His awesome power revealed. That sometimes requires waiting, but oh what a beautiful thing it is to behold His Word manifested.
Please understand, whether or not a messenger is "out of place" or "out of line," is between God and His vessel; neither scenario grants license to steal from His Holy Spirit. There has neither been a talking donkey nor a big fish in my assignment, just some interfering false prophets (idols). Even man's own self-will can constitute idolatry when in opposition to the Word and will of God. God is Spirit, and He judges us according to our spirit. Howbeit, it is according to our deeds that He repays, Accordingly. You are free to go wherever you please, but it’s the spiritual agenda with which you endeavor a thing. Whether in the garden, the church, city, or nation, God does not look kindly upon those who interfere in His processes, nor harm His prophets.

GOD’S TIMING IS PERFECT
When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:19b, KJV)
Dear Heavenly Father, I pray Ye bestow renewed minds and changed hearts upon all who seek to spitefully use me to gain access to the things of the Holy Spirit. I beseach Thee Holy Spirit, lift up a standard against the flood of devouring spirits of manipulation, intimidation, provocation, greed, entitlement, and oppression that has risen against me. Cast out all interfering agendas of those who trace my footsteps, lie in wait, and compass me about. The LORD, rebuke the devour and every devouring spirit for Thy Namesake, Thy Cities sakes, and for thy servant's sake. In Jesus's Righteous and Holy name I ask and pray Amen.
