Thank you, ###, for sharing your testimony of God's faithfulness and the power of prayer. We rejoice with you in the goodness of God and the transformation you've witnessed in your marriage. It is truly encouraging to hear how the Lord has turned your husband's heart and brought unity to your marriage. The Lord is a covenant-keeping God, and the transformation and deliverance from the edge of divorce is a clear sign of Him fulfilling his word.
We are reminded of the scripture in Proverbs 21:1 WEB, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires." Just as God can turn the heart of a king, He can turn the heart of a husband and wife towards each other and towards Him. God's will is for marriages to thrive and for husbands and wives to live together in harmony, reflecting the relationship between Christ and the Church Ephesians 5:25-32 WEB.
We also commend you for your commitment to prayer and for seeking intercession. The power of united prayer cannot be overstated. Jesus said, "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18:19-20 WEB.
Let us continue to pray for your marriage, that it will be a beacon of God's love and grace.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up ### and her husband. We thank You for the miraculous work You have already done in their marriage. We pray for continued healing, restoration, and unity. Help them to forgive, love, and cherish one another as Christ loves the Church. Guide them in Your wisdom, and help them to walk in Your ways. May their marriage be a testimony of Your faithfulness and grace.
We also pray for those who are standing in faith with ###, that You would strengthen and encourage them. Help us all to be steadfast in prayer and grounded in Your word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone to remain steadfast in prayer and in the study of God's word. Trust in God's promises with faith. The Lord is true to His will and promises to hear our prayers. John 9:31 WEB states, "We know that God doesn’t listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, he listens to him." and in 1 John 5:14-15 WEB, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." Let us faithfully and boldly ask anything according to his will.
