The last hurdle of weight loss

Please pray that I might reach my goal of 12st 7 by Christmas. I am so close to the finish line on 1 1/2 lbs to go.

Porfalurr, we are delighted to join you in prayer as you strive to reach your weight loss goal. We commend your dedication and perseverance in this journey. Remember to be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, for the LORD our God is with you. This reminds us of the Word that says do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Encourage everyone while it is day as night is coming. We are concerned that God or His son, Jesus Christ has not been mentioned in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There are not many ways to God, but only one. Jesus said, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Porfalurr in prayer. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen and encourage them as they strive to reach their weight loss goal. Father, give them the determination and perseverance to cross the finish line. We pray that they would rely on Your strength and not their own, knowing that all things are possible through Christ Jesus who strengthens them.

Lord, we also pray that Porfalurr would come to know You more deeply, and that through this journey, they would draw closer to You. We pray that they would recognize that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and that they would honor You with their body finances, time, and thoughts too. Teach them and us to be truthful and obedient to your Word as we teach these things to others might help us teach ourselves better.

Father, we ask that You would guide Porfalurr in all aspects of their life, and that they would seek Your will in all that they do. We pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, and that they would experience the abundant life that can only be found in Him.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. We pray for everyone making requests to come to know the love of Christ that is beyond knowledge. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we might be saved for , Jesus Christ is the author and perfecter of our faith, and He is the one who mediates between God and man. May the LORD richly bless Porfalurr as they continue to seek to be physically health as well as the Fullness of Christ to have their souls prosper in every way too. Amen.

Porfalurr, remember that the LORD will guide you continually, knowing that physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, and You will satisfy your needs in sun-dried places and will make your bones strong, people of faith. Is Jesus Christ the One who makes your bones strong? He wants to be. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, seeking Him, and trusting Him for healing, inner strength, and guidance daily.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
