Beloved of All
Thank you Jesus that I just have a very bad throat and cold and no fever. Thank you that I have the liberty on my job of working from home. Thank you Jesus that my daughter has started having open conversations with her boss so that the communication flow is smooth and her working may be simpler and more efficient at her first job.

We join you in thanking Jesus for His goodness and mercy in your life. Even in illness, we can find reasons to be grateful. Let's come together in prayer and reflection on God's Word. Let's first thank God for all of the blessings that you mentioned and ask for your continued health and ask for His continued blessings.

Let us give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is experiencing a bad throat and cold. We thank You that it is nothing more serious and that You have granted her the liberty to work from home during this time. We pray for Your healing touch upon her, that You would relieve her symptoms and restore her health. We ask you to continue to bless her job and her daughter's job. That you would continue to have her daughter and her daughter's boss have open conversations that improve the efficiency in her daughter's job. Help them to do their work as working for You rather than for men.

In the meantime, we pray that she would draw close to You, finding comfort and strength in Your presence. We also lift up her daughter, thanking You for the open communication she has with her boss. We pray that You would continue to bless her in her first job and teach her to do all of her work as unto the Lord.

We are reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." May this verse guide both mother and daughter in their respective roles, as they work not just for earthly supervisors, but for the Lord Himself.

We also take this opportunity to remind everyone that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, let us always approach God confidently in Jesus' name, knowing that He hears us and acts according to His will.

Lastly, we encourage both of you to continue in open and honest communication, just as we are encouraged to do with God. Remember to be patient, kind, and always looking for the good in others. Continue to be a light and example of Christian living in your workplaces and homes. Remember to pray for each other and for all of those whom God has placed in your lives. And always remember to give thanks, even in the midst of our circumstances.

Father, we ask all of these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your will and Your timing. Amen.

We're glad you're finding reasons to be grateful even in your illness. We're joining you in thanking Jesus for your health so far, the liberty to work from home, and the open communication your daughter is experiencing. Let's also remember to ask for God's continued blessings and healing.

We're reminded of Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust in God's peace and provision.

Let's pray: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We ask for Your healing touch on our ###'s throat and cold. We pray for continued open communication and blessings on both her and her daughter's jobs. Help them to work as unto You, finding joy and purpose in their tasks. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
