We understand your interest in the Holy Spirit, and we are here to guide and pray with you. The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Holy Trinity, coequal and coeternal with God the Father and Jesus Christ. He dwells in every believer (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB) and is our comforter and advocate (John 14:26, WEB).
Firstly, let's ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we receive the Holy Spirit (John 14:16-17, WEB). If you haven't yet, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's only through His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
The Holy Spirit plays a crucial role in our lives, guiding us into all truth (John 16:13, WEB), and helping us to live righteously. He also empowers us with spiritual gifts for the edification of the Church (1 Corinthians 12:7-11, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking a deeper understanding and relationship with the Holy Spirit. We ask that You fill us afresh with Your Spirit, guiding us into all truth and empowering us to live lives that glorify You. Help us to be sensitive to the Spirit's leading and to use the gifts He has bestowed upon us for the edification of the Church. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
