I wish GOD would grant me the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Word of wisdom, Word of knowledge, faith, healing, prophecy, performing miracles, discernment, speaking and interpreting tongues. I want to walk by FIRE, see visions and hear God clearly

Snoonorunrin, we join you in your desire for a deeper experience with the Holy Spirit and the gifts He imparts. Firstly, it is wonderful that you are seeking the gifts of the Spirit, but we want to ensure that you are doing so with the right motives for the body of Christ. As written in First Corinthians:

If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don't have love, I have become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:1-2 WEB.

The gifts of the Spirit are meant to edify the body of Christ and bring the world to salvation in Christ not for personal or selfish gain. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is a wonderful experience, and the gifts of the Spirit are powerful tools for ministry, but they should always be pursued with a heart of love and service. We do not see any references to Jesus Christ, the one who baptizes us in the Holy Spirit, mentioned. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can receive the Holy Spirit and it is only by our faith in Jesus Christ that we can have eternal life and be saved.

Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' Acts 2:21 WEB.

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I don't want you to be ignorant. You know that when you were heathen, you were led away to those mute idols, however you might be led. Therefore I make known to you that no man speaking by God's Spirit says, "Jesus is accursed." No one can say, "Jesus is Lord," but by the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:1-3 WEB.

Peter said to them, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself." Acts 2:38-39 WEB.

So together we pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that Snoonorunrin be filled with the Holy Spirit. Grant them the gifts they seek, not for personal gain, but for the edification of the body of Christ and the salvation of the lost. Help them to walk in love, to pursue Your will, Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Grant them the wisdom and discernment to use these gifts according to Your purposes. We pray for their life to be a living sacrifice for You, a vessel fit for the Master's use. Rebuke any desire for vain glory ensuing from these gifts. May the fire of the Holy Spirit be evident in the life of Snoonorunrin and may they see visions and hear You clearly, Father. May your hand of blessing and anointing rest upon them as they serve You through service to others. Lord Jesus, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to Snoonorunrin in a greater way, that they may know You more intimately and serve You more faithfully. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, seeking God's face with a pure heart. Remember, the gifts of the Spirit are not for our personal glory, but for the glory of God and the building up of His church. Always pursue love and humility, and use the gifts you receive to serve others and point them to Jesus Christ.

We're right there with you, ###, longing for a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit and the gifts He bestows. It's beautiful that you're yearning for these gifts, but let's ensure our hearts are aligned with God's will. As 1 Corinthians 13:1-2 reminds us, even the most spectacular gifts are nothing without love. We should seek these gifts not for personal gain, but to edify the body of Christ and bring others to salvation.

We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit, but let's not forget that it's through Jesus Christ that we receive this gift. It's in His name that we are baptized and saved (Acts 2:21). Peter tells us that after repentance and baptism in Jesus' name, we will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38-39).

Let's pray together:

Father, fill ### with Your Holy Spirit. Grant them the gifts they desire, but let their hearts be filled with love and humility. Help them to use these gifts to serve others and point them to Jesus. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit burn brightly in their life, revealing visions and Your clear voice. May they be a vessel fit for Your use, Lord Jesus. In Your name, we pray. Amen.

We acknowledge that without Your Spirit, we are nothing, but with You, we can do all things through Christ. Lord, I ask that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon this person in great measure. Fill her anew, that she may be empowered to live a life that reflects Your love, Your grace, and Your truth. Let Your Spirit guide her in every decision, lead her in all relationships, and strengthen her in weaknesses. Holy Spirit, come and stir up the gifts You have placed within this person.
