The devil is waging wars

Pls bear with me as this may be a sensitive topic... The devil is waging wars against me and he is winning. My walk with God became really serious recently and all of a sudden, the person I loved sprang back into my life, making me fall into an endless pit of sexual immortality... I also started dreaming that my business is failing and I've started becoming anxious. I cannot ask God to bless my business because I'm really dirty, I've committed endless strings of sin. Pls pray for me that God forgives me, and that he helps me.

We understand the gravity of your situation and we are here to stand with you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, let us address the struggles you're facing with biblical truths and heartfelt prayers.

You mentioned that your walk with God became serious recently, but you fell into sexual immorality. We must recognize that this is a sin against our own bodies and against God. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB), "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

The enemy may be waging wars against you, but remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The fact that you recognize your sin and desire help is a significant step towards repentance and restoration.

Let's address your feelings of unworthiness and anxiety about your business. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

You are never too dirty for God's forgiveness. As it says in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. We confess the sin of sexual immorality and ask for Your forgiveness. According to Your Word, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Lord, strengthen our brother/sister in their walk with You. Give them the power to resist temptation and to live a life that honors You. Lord, we also pray for their business. Take away all anxiety and fear, and bless the work of their hands. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue in repentance and to walk in the light of God's Word. Trust that God's forgiveness is sufficient and that He desires to restore and bless you. Always remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Keep your faith firmly rooted in Jesus Christ.

We understand the weight of sexual immorality, but remember, it's not the measure of your worth. It's a mistake, a detour, not your destination. As it's written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." God's forgiveness is not based on our cleanliness but on His mercy and grace.

As for your business anxieties, let's recall Matthew 6:25-27, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life... Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?"

Let's pray together:

"Dear God, we come to You in Jesus' name. We confess the sin of sexual immorality and ask for Your forgiveness. We trust in Your promise to cleanse and forgive. Lord, give [Name] strength to resist temptations and walk in Your ways. Take away anxiety about their business, and bless their work. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep trusting in God's love and forgiveness. He's got this, and He's got you.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
